Katherine Hackl Pottery & Tiles Public Art: Monroe Township Public Library

The “Egrets” mural at the Monroe Twp. Public Library is inspired by the Mary Oliver poem of the same name.  The image depicts a scene at the water’s edge with beavers, turtles, birds and bugs with wandering vines, branches and trees.  The mural covers the 20’ high wall over the fireplace in the main reading room area.
